How many days to return my item?

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return and get a store credit.  If 14 days have gone from the stamped date, unfortunately, we can't offer your any exchange or credit.

Refunds

We do not offer money exchanges. All approved returns will be issued a Store Credit only, which can be used toward any future purchase within our 14-day return policy.

 

Not Returnable

Please note: All purchases made with discount codes or purchased at discounted prices (flash sales, clearance)  are Final Sale. No returns, exchanges, or refunds. All Sale items are final. no exchange or refund will be provided.

 

Eligibility for RETURN

To be eligible for a return, all items must be NEW, Unworn, Unironed, and Unwashed, with NO visible signs of wear such as makeup, deodorant stains, fragrances, etc, and must include their original tag & packaging.

 

Store Credit Time

 Please note: Store credit must be used within 30 days of issue. After 30 days, the credit will expire and cannot be reissued. Any additional shipping return fees have to be covered by the customer.

How many times can I exchange my item?

Customers are eligible for one exchange per order. Unfortunately, we do not allow second exchanges under any circumstance. Once your first exchange has been processed, no additional exchanges or store credits will be issued.

Please make sure to carefully review the item description, sizing, and details before completing your purchase to ensure satisfaction.

Shipping Fees

Costumers are responsible for all return shipping costs. We do not cover shipping fees for returned items.

If your item has been purchased using a store credit, you are still responsible for covering the shipping costs associated with any returns or exchanges.
