Missed or Refused Deliveries
Don’t miss or refuse delivery, Rea will not be responsible monetarily for refused or miss deliveries of the clients packages. The client will be responsible for any additional shipping cost the re-delivery may have. NO refund or credit store Will be provided for missed or refused deliveries.
Delivered Package but NOT DELIVERED
If the tracking information CONFIRMS that your package has been DELIVERED to the Order Address provided by the consumer but you yet haven’t received your items Contact USPS or the shipping carrier responsible for the delivery for further information. Rea WILL NOT be RESPONSIBLE for packages that are delivered to the address provided by the costumer but not received.
Incorrect or Incomplete shipping information
Rea will NOT be responsible for any missed, incorrect or incomplete shipment information. Always DOUBLE check your shipment information at checkout. If you missed or typed in an incorrect address, Email us as
quickly as possible to make the changes before the package is shipped to its FINAL DESTINATION. However if the package has been shipped we are unable to modify the final destination address. The consumer WILL BE RESPONSIBLE for any additional COST to re-delivery the items.
Overall Important Shipping Information
Free USPS Ground shipping on all USA orders over $200. USPS Ground Shipping starts at $9.00 based on your location and the weight of the order. Once you've entered your shipping address, your shipping will be calculated. Orders can not be canceled or modified once USPS has picked
up your package. We are not liable for any incorrect/incomplete address entered at checkout.
USPS Priority Mail: Puerto Rico, Alaska, Hawaii, and territories ship via USPS Priority Mail. All USA orders with PO Boxes also ship via USPS. We ship out your order within 48-72 hours, but shipping carriers may be experiencing some delays when already in route to the destination.
We recommend just staying up to date with the tracking information and your local post office.
Lost Packages
We are not responsible for delayed or lost packages once in the possession of the shipping carrier that your shipment shipped with. Delays can occur due to any internal delays the carrier may be experiencing, and lost/incorrect deliveries may occur. Please keep an eye on your package with the tracking information provided. You can contact USPS directly as the receiver of the package.
We cannot replace or reimburse items until we have completed the retrieval process with USPS. It can start with a Find my Lost Mail Claim and lead all the way to create a claim to get insurance for the package. We appreciate your patience as we want to help you locate your package as soon as you. We just have to go through the shipping carrier's systems to make sure we are taking every step possible to retrieve your package.
How much does shipping cost?
- The best way to know is by adding your items to the cart and proceeding to checkout. After you've entered the shipping destination and before payment, your shipping cost will be calculated. The
average shipping cost is approximately $9-15 for 2-3 day domestic shipping. For international shipping costs, please add items and destination to calculate the shipping cost (based on weight + destination). The customer is responsible for duties and taxes respective to the country it's
entering. We don't charge duties and taxes during checkout.
Tracking Your Package:
- To track your orders, refer to your shipping confirmation email and find the TRACKING #. Click the link and you will be directed to the tracking information. Rea The Shop will not be responsible for ANY SHIPPING DELAYS once the package has been shipped.
Gift Cards - Gift cards purchased via the website are emailed to the email used when placing an order. No physical card
is sent out. Gift cards are Final Sale. Store credits cannot be used as payment toward the purchase of a Gift Card.
